Separate and support
Pick one flexible strip while supporting its full length.
One datum. One floating end.
Each strip has an independent spring carriage with preload adjustment, a stroke stop and tension confirmation. Retractable combs limit local bow. Low carrier rails continue to support the core after the combs lower.
Keep geometry through cure
Hold the core on its carrier for joint dispensing or qualified multi-direction coating. Release tension gradually after handling strength is achieved.
